Boys Varsity Basketball Win Away At Pine Point
The Country School basketball team secured an impressive 43-16 victory over Pine Point in their second game of the season. After a slow start in the first quarter, the team turned up the intensity with a full-court press, leading to key steals and fast-break opportunities.
Jace C., Will P., and Nathaniel S. led the scoring effort, each contributing 10 points. The team’s defensive pressure was relentless, making it difficult for Pine Point to find any rhythm on offense. Strong communication and hustle on defense set the tone for the game, allowing Country School to control the pace from the second quarter onward.
It was a true team effort, with contributions from every player helping to secure the dominant win. The squad looks to carry this momentum into their next matchup as they continue to build on their strong start to the season.
