A Place Called Hope

A Place Called Hope, specializing in the care of injured and endangered raptors, visited TCS students virtually earlier this month. Grade 1 students have embarked on an in-depth study of owls for the past few weeks. This culminating virtual field trip featured two spectacular live owls- Zen, a Barred Owl, and Cocopelli, an Eastern Screech Owl. The children were fascinated to learn all about these amazing creatures. The mission of A Place Called Hope teaches the public how to protect and respect wildlife.
